Dear Sirs:

This is in reply to your letter of November 17, 1989 requesting our comments respecting Draft 2 of the Regulations to the Regional Airports Authorities Act.

We have reviewed the draft regulations you submitted and have no comments at this time.  We previously provided you with our views, in our letters and meetings concerning the feasibility of the proposed regional airport authorities qualifying for exempt status under the Income Tax Act.
