LOGIE, J., at the conclusion of the hearing, answered question (1) in the affirmative and question (2) in the negative, and adjudged that the defendant should be convicted of the offences charged and fined $50 for each of the offences, and he ordered that the Magistrate should enter a conviction accordingly.

Appeal allowed.
