Main text

D E Taylor [TRANSLATION]:—This is the appeal of Jean Bouchard for 1976 concerning his withdrawal of the amount contributed by him to his home ownership savings plan. The facts are very clear and are set out in Mr Bouchard’s letters and notice of objection. He stated simply that the assessment is based solely on the wording of the Act, but he also requested that the Board analyse his case in order that good sense might prevail over a legal provision. Since the specific problems mentioned are irrelevant to the case, the Board has no choice but to dismiss the appeal.

Appeal dismissed.
